Dringend neue Platten kaufen und einbauen.
Sofortmaßnahme: Virtuelle Appliances sichern

Backup von beiden Virtuellen Appliances liegen nun vor und sind auf den paedML kopiert.
Damit kann nun nicht mehr viel passieren.

Drei neue Platten (jeweils 500GB, WD) eingebaut und zu einem RAID1 verbunden.
Backup zurückgespielt - VM gestartet - funktioniert Proxmox ist schon was feines :-)
